We at HOA use our financial strength and expertise to assist in obtaining project financing and as a result, we have been the leading financer in acquiring and administering support from funding partners. Our staff review and approve all home buyer applications for additional 2nd mortgage support. At sales closing, we also receive and administer HOA 2nd mortgages containing the combined funds of the various funders.
