For each development proposal, HOA performs a careful review of all aspects of the proposal. This review includes developer/builder reference checks, environmental audits, market research, site planning and design review and financial proformas and title and other legal review.
Ongoing oversight is maintained with regular reporting and review of performance and monitoring of achievement of pre-established milestones.
