The Pentland’s 36 townhouses and 9-storey apartment building were completed in 2006 at the corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Kingston Road on the edge of the Guildwood area of Toronto. It was built on an infill site within a shopping plaza complex. Second mortgage support for homebuyers at Pentland exceeded $6.5 million and included over $350,000 from HOA’s June Callwood Home Ownership Fund and $1.3 million from the Ontario/Canada Affordable Housing program.
Suites range in size from 435 sq. ft. up to 1,180 sq. ft., and started at $90,400.
