This 95-unit apartment condominium on Mill Street, east of Parliament in the Distillery District, completed in 1998, is a 15-minute walk from downtown Toronto.
Total 2nd mortgages issued exceeded $1.4 million. It has one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, which sold at $100,000 to $300,000. Prices were $50,000 below other new construction condominiums in the same area. St Lawrence was the first of three developments, all supported by HOA, that led to the revival of the Gooderham and Worts historic Distillery District.
